Grayson Perry is an English born artist who is most well known for his work in ceramics and for his cross-dressing. Perry attended Portsmouth Polytechnics where he received a BA for Fine Arts. Perry has also ventured into work with textiles in 2009 with his piece Walthamstow Tapestry. His work often looks at issues in identity, gender, religion, as well as his childhood experiences. Overall Grayson Perry is an outlandish fellow, the likes of which we all have at least a sliver of in all of us.
